Mary E (Staffey) Bevere

Mary E. Bevere, 79, of Zanesville, passed away November 29, 2016 at her family’s home in the care of her nieces Angie Alexander, Wanda Butler and Genesis Hospice nursing staff.

She was born May 21, 1937 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Charles Staffey and Edith Shively Staffey. 

She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Carol) Standford; brothers, Dwain Staffey, Charles Staffey; sister, Annie (Cecil) Butler; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Mark Hinnell; brothers, Richard Staffey, William Staffey, Harold Staffey, Robert (Nedra) Staffey, Margaret Irwin.

Calling hours will be held 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday, December 5, 2016 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home where services will take place at 1:00 pm with Rosalind White-Carlyle Beswick officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
