Carrie Irene (Taylor) Bronkar

Carrie Irene Bronkar, 85, of Zanesville, passed away May 16, 2016 at Genesis Hospital.

She was born June 23, 1930 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Merle Taylor and Margarete Prescott Taylor.  She worked at Essex Wire, Avon and attended Nashport Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children, Robin Buty Morgan, Kevin Buty and Kelly Bronkar; siblings, Merle (Dora) Taylor, Mike (Sue) Taylor, Peggy (Roy) Kimble, Rosalie Good, Shirley (Ron) Harper, Ronald Taylor, Darla (Joe) Gatten, Gary Taylor; grandchildren, Austin Buty, Broc Buty and Lily Bronkar.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Bronkar Jr.; siblings, James Taylor, Dick Taylor, Randy Taylor, Madge Trout, Janice Fusner, Gladys May, Eugene Taylor, Maxine Taylor.

Calling hours will be held 5-7 pm Wednesday, May 18, 2016  at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home where services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, May 19, 2016. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
