Teresa J Wood

Teresa J. Wood, 68 of Zanesville, passed away on April 1, 2024, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born on November 9, 1955, in Belva, West Virginia, daughter of the late Lawn Wood and Freda (Truman) Wood. In her spare time, Teresa enjoyed watching the show Cops and loved listening to her favorite, Alan Jackson.  

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Snider; brothers, Larry (Rachel) Wood Sr., Rolland Wood, Timothy (Cheryl) Wood; sister, Bonnie Shelton; grandchildren, Tyler Moody, Ashlyn Moody, Leigha Moody; special cat, Calli; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her nephew, Larry Wood Jr.; and sister-in-law, Lorain Wood.

No calling hours or services will be held at this time. Per Teresa’s wishes, a dignified cremation will take place through DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home.
