Shell R. Howe- Wiseman, 67 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on October 15, 2024, at her residence.
She was born on September 29, 1957, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late John Howe and Lillian (Holbert) Howe. Lynn was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Zanesville for many years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed going to BINGO, and loved spending her time with her grandbabies.
Lynn is survived by her daughter, Kylee (Mark Goins) Wiseman; 2 grandchildren: Raider and Zandrix; spouse and best friend of 28 years, Frank Wiseman; brother, Victor (Cheryl) Howe; special niece and nephew, Pooh and Marques; bonus daughters, Shelby, Lexie, and Lacie; sister-in-law, Barbara Howe; brother-in-law, Virgil Johnson Jr., Steve PI Hollins, and Gary Harrison; special friend, Starlene Mayle; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandmother, Edith Baker; brothers, Clarence “Bear” Simmons, William Curtis, John Howe; sisters, Caroyln Mann, Rebecca Johnson, Vanessa Harrison, Edith Howe, Susan Whitehead, Rita Howe; aunts, Caroline Viney, Leonna Bishop; brother-in-law, John Whitehead; 1 niece; and 3 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home to help cover Shell’s funeral expenses.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday October 20, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 3:00 PM with Pastor Robert Hubert officiating. A dignified cremation will be held following services.
