Shelia Mae Hoffman, 68 of Zanesville, passed away April 6, 2020 at Willow Haven Care Center.
She was born October 10, 1951 in Zanesville, daughter of the late, Earl Pyle.
She is survived by her children, Mary (Jason Wickham) Hoffman, Jerry Hoffman Jr.; brother Kevin Brown; grandson Blake Smith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Hoffman Sr.; son Steven Hoffman.
No services will be observed at this time.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
