Ricky L. Starner, 54 of Junction City passed away March 1, 2020.
He was born March 15, 1965 in Zanesville, son of the late, John Starner and Betty Brewer Dumolt.
He is survived by his children, Ashley Martinez, Ricky Starner, Jessica Starner, Kyle Starner, Beau Smith, Kelsey Wray; siblings, Kenneth “Pete” Starner, Delbert Starner, John Starner, Rose Harvey; grandchildren, Dasean Starner, Aine Starner, Daunte Starner, Zaden Starner, Ivan Starner, Alayna Smith, Bryson Smith and Nila Smith; special nieces and nephew; Nicole Starner, Amanda Starner and Joey Starner.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Peggy Lightfoot, Nancy Conkle, Charles Starner, Leo Starner, Jerry Starner, James Starner, Paul Starner, Mildred Starner, Martha Starner.
No services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
