Patricia "Patty" A. Hiles

Patricia "Patty" A. Hiles, 73 of Dresden, Ohio, gained her angel wings on August 26, 2024, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born on October 1, 1950, daughter of the late Robert Feller and Thelma (Gill) Roach. Patty was a member of the First Christian Church for many years. She worked for Brockway Glass for over 42 years, where she retired. In her free time, Patty enjoyed going to Bingo, gardening, and shopping at Kohls with her nieces, Teresa and Chris. Above all, she loved spending time with her loved ones.

Patty is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Bernard “Bernie” Hiles; son, Bernard “Bernie” (Robin) Hiles Jr.; daughter, Terri (Mike) Straus; sister, Kelly Feller; grandchildren, Bernie III, Katie, Ryan; special nieces, Teresa (Tom) Lichtner and Christina Marple; several great nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews; and several cousins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Steven Roach; and stepfather, Lester Roach.  

Calling hours will be held on Thursday August 29, 2024, from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:30 PM with Pastor Jamie Harrop officiating. Burial will conclude services at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
