Patricia "Patsy" R. Ballint

Patricia "Patsy" Ballint, 74 of Zanesville, passed away on October 25, 2025, at Genisis Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born on August 31, 1951, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Walter Edwards and Bonita M. Roberts. Patricia was a graduate of Zanesville High School and later worked at Essex Wire. She enjoyed her card games every Wednesday with her sisters, BINGO, and occasional Casino visits. Above all, she loved spending her time with her grandchildren and loved ones.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Brian Ballint; son, Ed (Wanda Butler) Spoor; grandchildren, Tori (Johnny Chambers), Tristan (Hannah) Garnes, Tierney Garnes, Haley (Joshua) Harper, Bryar (Trina) Spoor; great grandchildren, Jason, Jacob, and Jared Chambers, Avalynn and Sylas Garnes, Lucas Spoor; sisters, Diane Rupe, Christine Long, Peg Newsome, Kim Vick, Cathy Tobias, Avon (Kenny) Bogle, Amber (Rick) Cousans; brother, Kurt (Jodi) Grindley; sisters-in-law, Janet (John) Yasco, Lisa Ballint, Pam Edwards, Charlene Grindley, Bev Stouder; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Annette Marie; 3 brothers: Bobby Edwards, Arthur “Skip” Grindley, Jesse Stouder; brother-in-law, Mike Rupe, Guy Vick, Fred Newsome, and Ralph Long.
