Melissa "Missy" May Arnold

Melissa May Arnold, 55 of Zanesville, passed away on August 25, 2024, at Genesis Hospital.

She was born on April 2, 1969, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late James “Jim” Arnold and Patricia (Melvin) Taylor. Missy worked at Arnold’s Vans and Trucks for many years with her father. She enjoyed shopping and riding on the Harley with her dad. Above all, she enjoyed spending her free time with her family and loved ones.

Missy is survived by her 2 daughters: Taylor (Tim) Maccabee, Kiersten (Brayden Colley) Swingle; sister, Kim Ansel; brothers, Jimmy Arnold, Jay Arnold; granddaughter, Gwen; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepfather, Jack Taylor; and brother-in-law, Ted Ansel.

Graveside services will be held on Friday August 30, 2024, at 10:30 AM at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Divincenzo officiating. A celebration of life will be held directly following burial at New Hope Full Gospel Church at 3560 East Pike in Zanesville.
