Matthew Patrick Parmer

Matthew Patrick Parmer, 29, of Zanesville, passed away February 22, 2024, at Genesis Healthcare System Emergency Room.

He was born November 29, 1994, in Zanesville, son of Richard Dale Parmer and Christina Marie Taylor Parmer. He graduated from Philo High School in 2012 and was attending Zane State College for his realtor's license. Matthew was a Ladies Man, he loved being with his children, driving, playing video games, and Pokémon. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Ezekiel, William, Khloe, Lileighhanna, Cylianna; siblings, Rick Parmer, Jesse (Mike Faria) Parmer, Joe Taylor, Andy Parmer, Tyler Parmer; mother of his children, Alison Hott, Alexis Shaffer, and Charlie Osborne; two nieces, Isabell and Olivia Parmer.

Calling hours will be held on Friday March 1, 2024, from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Burial will follow visitations at Greenwood Cemetery in Zanesville. A meal will follow at 105 South 7th Street Zanesville, Ohio 43701 at the Immanuel Church. 

DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
