Marsha Rose Brown

Marsha Rose Brown, 67 of Nashport, Ohio, passed away on November 8, 2024, at the Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville.

She was born on April 8, 1957, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Virgil Alexander and Ruth (Cummings) Alexander. Marsha loved yard sales, animals, and her pizza. Above all, she loved spending her time with her family and loved ones.

Marsha is survived by her 2 sons: Paul (Andrea) Brown and John Brown Jr.; sister, Mary Summerville; 3 grandchildren: Michaela, Abbigail, and Izabellah; 2 great grandchildren; best friend, Mary Atkins; brother-in-law, Bob Grover; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Ruth (Cummings) Alexander; 2 daughters: Michelle Brown and Ruth Brown; loving husband of 42 years, John L. Brown; 12 siblings: William, Virgil, Arthur, Rufus, Larry, Virginia, Ella, Margaret, Blenda, Janet, Nora, and Tonya.

Per Marsha’s wishes, no calling hours or services will be held at this time.
