Louis J Gallis II

Louis James. Gallis II, 66 of Zanesville, passed away on July 19, 2021 at Genesis Hospital.

He was born on March 23, 1955, in Zanesville, son of the late Louis J. Gallis Sr. and Dorothy G. Sutton. By trade, Louis worked at Dutro Auto as an auto body tech for over 25 years, was a member of the Eagles F.O.E 302 for 25 years, and loved to bowl and golf in his spare time. He was also known to be a great father and grandfather.

In addition to his mother, Dorothy Sutton, he is survived by his wife of 12 years, Nora Dilley Gallis; sons, Jason (Debbie) Gallis, James (Terrika) Gallis; daughters, Julie (Roy) Walcott, Jessica (Bradley) Gallis; brothers, Steven (Phillip) Gallis, Joseph (Mary) Gallis, John (Janet) Gallis; step-son, John (Stephanie) Aldred Jr., step-daughters, Miranda (Kenny) Ford, Melanie (Chris) Phipps, Megan (Dustin) Smart; and 20 grandchildren, that he loved dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Friday July 23, 2021 from 4:00 PM- 5:45 PM, where Eagles services will begin at 5:45 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday July 23, 2021 at 6:00 PM with Reverend Darren Tolbert officiating.
