Lindsay Leanne Howe, 38, of Zanesville passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Grant Medical Center.
Lindsay was born on April 26, 1983 in Muskingum County to Victor and Cheryl Ann Howe. She was a high school graduate of Zanesville High School, class of 2001. Lindsay was always cheerful, outgoing, and had a smile that could brighten anyone’s day. She never turned down an adventure, always lived in the moment and was so full of life. She brought joy to everyone around her, and was always the life of the party no matter where she was. She was a devoted and loving mother to her two sons, whom she was so proud of and loved beyond measure. Her parents were her rock that she cherished and loved dearly. Lindsay enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. She loved to sing with that beautiful voice of hers, and loved cooking for her family for the holidays and family gatherings. There was NEVER a dull moment with Lindsay around that’s for sure. She had an amazing sense of humor with a laugh that was so contagious that it would light up the room. Along with her parents and children, Lindsay shared a unbreakable bond with her many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews whom she dearly cherished.
Lindsay is survived by her parents, Victor and Cheryl Howe; sons, Lucas and Liam Lovelace; sister Shonda Muatafa; brother, Victor Howe, Jr.; nieces, Jadae Sanders, Rayne and Ryein Newman; nephews, Treg Sanders and Derek Grandstaff; great-nieces, Jayelle Sanders and Kinsley Grandstaff, great-nephews, Jamarion Sanders, Lane Grandstaff, and Lamont Gladden; and god-daughter, Ariana Hayes. She is also survived by many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in by grandparents, John and Lillian Howe, and Richard and Betty Stemm, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday December 16, 2021 from 2:00PM-4:00PM and 6:00PM-8:00PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Services will take place Friday December 17, 2021 at 11:00AM with Pastor Keith Wyatt officiating. A dignified cremation will take place after services.
