Kandy S. Willey, 70, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2026, from complications during surgery at Genesis Hospital.
She was born on August 23, 1955, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Stanley Farmer and Donna Rose Angles. Kandy worked for many years at Ohio Stoneware and later at Ballas Egg of Zanesville. She had many beloved pets and enjoyed crocheting in her free time. Above all, Kandy enjoyed spending her time with her family and loved ones.
Kandy is survived by her 2 daughters: Kandy (Lee Priest) Hudnall and Pauline (Chris) Parsons; 7 grandchildren: Charles “Jesse” Hudnall, A’ishah (Thomas Griffiths) Willey, Justin (Kay) Hudnall, Jacob (Shyan) Willey, Matthew Hudnall, Christopher (Destiney) Parsons, Curtis (Madyson) Parsons; 3 great grandchildren: Phoenix, Emily, and Wesley; 2 sisters: Donna Harris and Debra (Bill) Miller; son-in-law, Charles Hudnall; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Gary Willey; brother, Stanley Farmer Jr.; sister, Patty Thompson.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday June 9, 2026, from 11:00 – 1:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:00 PM with Kevin Franklin officiating. Burial will conclude services at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
