Jerry Gebhart Obituary
Jerry Lee Gebhart, 78 of Zanesville, passed away November 22, 2018 at his residence.
He was born August 24, 1940 in Zanesville, son of the late Carl Gebhart and Eva Allen Gebhart.
He is survived by his son Dakota Ryen Filkill; sisters, Janet Smith, Evelyn Wilson, Esther Fields, Shirley Wheeler and Julie Ann Gilreath. He liked gospel music, country music and blue grass music. He liked telling jokes, was always smiling and will be greatly missed. He worked at Rittenberger Meat Company and was a member of The Anchor Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Joey Robeison; siblings, Ruby Ethel, Herman Gebhart, Lavone Bartlett-Marple, Eleanor Black, Dewey Gebhart, Doris Godwin and infant brother, Edwin Gebhart.
A memorial service will be held 4:30 PM Thursday, December 6, 2018 at The Anchor Church of Zanesville 1365 Chamberlain Street with Pastor Aaron Bounds officiating.
