Jeffrey L. Stotts

Jeffrey L. Stotts, 64 of Zanesville, passed away on June 24, 2025, at his residence.

He was born on June 17, 1961, in Zanesville, Ohio, son of the late Gerald Stotts and Dorothy (Bracken) Stotts. Jeff was a graduate of Zanesville High School and Mid East Vocational School in 1979, where he received his welding certifications. He worked at Stewart-Glapat Corporation for several years and later at Kellogg Co. in Zanesville, where he retired after 14 years. He loved building, renovating, and anything carpentry. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle.  

Jeff is survived by his mother, Dorothy (Bracken) Stotts; 3 sisters:  Debbie (Todd) Marvin, Brenda (Don) Mehling, Vicky Withem; brother-in-law, Joe Stone; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Rick Stotts; and sister, Donna Stone.

Calling hours will be held on Friday June 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Burial will conclude services at Washington Baptist Cemetery.
