Helen Fern Knight

Helen Fern Knight, 84, of Zanesville, passed away June 3, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She was born April 4, 1942, in Marion, Ohio, daughter of the late, Charles Draper and Opel Estep.  Helen loved quilting and babysitting children.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Knight Sr.; children, Diana Anderson, DeAnna (Ty) Davis, Donna Miller; stepchild, Larry “Char” Knight Jr.; sister Trudy; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, David E. Miller Sr.; son David Miller Jr.; stepdaughter, Beverly Apperson; stepson, Kevin Knight; son-in-law’s, Jeff Anderson Sr. and Nathan Johnson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday July 12, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. A dignified cremation has been entrusted to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home.
