Glenda K. March, 75 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2023, at Ohio State University James Cancer Center.
She was born on December 19, 1947, in Coshocton, Ohio, daughter of the late Glen F. March and Kathryn (Myers) March. Glenda was an ordained minister and a Christian by faith. She worked as a traveling LPN and a hairstylist. In her spare time, she enjoyed riding horses, singing, and learning about Jesus.
She is survived by her daughter, Gisile (Donald) Houk; son, Garey Spung Jr.; brother, Michael A. March; sister, Ruth (Robert) Cornelius; grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, Jordan, Garey, Amanda, Riley; great-grandchildren, Vivian; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Vestre; and brother, Robert L. March.
No calling hours or services will be held at this time. Per Glenda’s wishes, a dignified cremation will take place. She will be laid to rest with her daughter, Tammy, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Zanesville, Ohio at a later date.
