Glen Lee Lightfoot

Glen Lee Lightfoot, 72 of Zanesville, passed away October 26, 2022, at Genesis Healthcare.

He was born November 2, 1949, in Zanesville, son of the late Gilbert Willis Lightfoot and Cathryn Shifflet Lightfoot.  Glen was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  He was a member of VFW Post 1058, where he served as honor guard for several years.  He was also a member of the American Legion Post 29.

He is survived by his children, Tanya Lightfoot, Tina Lightfoot, Glen Travis Lightfoot, Julie Hoy, Tina Sheets; siblings, Mike (Donna Kay) Lightfoot, Ilene (Paul) Swingle; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Williamson; daughter, Trina Lightfoot; brothers, Don Lightfoot, and Dean Lightfoot; sisters, Eleanor Lightfoot, and Shirley Ann Lightfoot.

Calling hours will be held 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022, at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 1:00 PM with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating.  Military honors will be conducted by the United States Marine Corp. in conjunction with the VFW Post 1058.
