Franklin Rowland, 71 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2021 at Continuing Healthcare of Willow Haven in Zanesville.
He was born on November 29, 1950, son of the late William Rowland and Helen Rowland.
He is survived by his brother, Arthur Rowland of New Jersey.
