Frank Alvin Lovejoy, 62 of Norwich, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on July 10, 2025, at the Beckett House of New Concord.
He was born on March 5, 1963, in Zanesville, Ohio, son of the late Charles R. Lovejoy Sr. and Gladys (Davis) Lovejoy. Frank was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed fishing, and was always known to be the life of the party.
Frank is survived by his 3 children: Mandy Lovejoy, Crystal Lovejoy, and Andrea (Eric) Morgan; 5 siblings: Charles Lovejoy, Ronald Lovejoy, Milton “Mack” Lovejoy, Marvin “Wayne” Lovejoy, and Dorothy Clark; 7 grandchildren: Joseph, Dawn, Evelyn Rose, Dylan, Adalyn, Braxton, Colton; special friend, Verla Carpenter; sister-in-law, Mindy Lovejoy; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his 2 brothers: John Lovejoy and Carl Lovejoy; 3 sisters: Ella Lovejoy, Pansy Mason, Betty Jenkins; sister-in-law, Cindy Lovejoy; and brother-in-law, Larry Clark.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday July 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Joe McFee officiating. Burial will conclude services at Norwich Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
