Elma Mae Anders-Robison, 83 of Corning, Ohio, passed away on September 2, 2025, at Grant Medicant Hospital in Columbus, due to injuries sustained in an auto accident.
She was born on June 24, 1942, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Ogden Corp and Mildred Ratliff. Elma worked at Friendship Pottery in Roseville for several years. She enjoyed making pottery and painting in her spare time. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and loved ones.
Elma is survived by her 5 children: Jerry Anders, Donna Cote, Carl (Tammy) Anders, Tim (Corrime) Anders, Donald Anders; sister, Wilma Holmes; grandchildren, Jeffrey Pittman, Keshia Anders, Kordell Anders, Adam Anders, Jessie Anders, Jarod Anders, Jacob Anders, Waylon Anders, Timothy Anders; great grandchildren, Sophie Pittman, Hazel Anders, Kyvin Anders, Brantley Brickford, Owen Anders, Sohpia Anders, Gabriel Anders, Khloe Anders, Raiden Anders, Acadia Anders, Aries Anders, Lucas Anders, and Wyatt Anders; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Jerry Anders; 2nd husband, Jack Robison; 2 sisters: Lucy Welch-Bates and Clarabell Corp-Taylor; and son-in-law, John Cote.
A dignified cremation has been entrusted to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
