Eithan J. Forshey

Eithan J. Forshey, 21 of Dennison, Ohio, passed away on July 14, 2024, in Ashland, Ohio.

He was born on August 13, 2002, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, son of Ronald Forshey and Laurie (Stalnaker) Samson. Eithan was a graduate of Zanesville High School in 2020. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing video games and hanging out with his friends and family.

He was loved by all and will truly be missed.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Erick Forshey, Quinton Samson, Averix Bentley; sisters, Abby Gaus, Makayla Forshey; grandma, Mary Summerville; girlfriend, Jazmyn Buckley; many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carroll Forshey and Betty Forshey; grandmother, Joyce Stalnaker.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.

A dignified cremation will be held through DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday July 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM at 3410 Darlington Dr. Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
