Donald Robert Smith Jr., 65, of Zanesville, passed away on September 26, 2021 at Genesis Hospital.

He was born on August 19, 1956, in Zanesville, son of the late Donald R. Smith Sr. and Virginia Smith.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Donald Martindale, Stephanie Smith, Ralph Smith, Anthony Smith, Kenny Smith, Charles Smith, Jason Martindale; sisters, Virginia Ashcraft,Ginny Olson, Tammy Adkins, Lisa Adams; brother, Johnny Smith; several grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Davey.

No calling hours or service will be held at this time.
