Diana Phelps Obituary

Diana C. Phelps, 81 of Zanesville, passed away March 16, 2022 at the Beckett House in New Concord, OH.

She was born May 20, 1940 in Powell County, KY.

She is survived by her husband Dewey Phelps; daughter Bonnie (Daniel) Monlux; sister Kay Scott; grandchildren, Danielle Hinkle, DaLisa Morrison, Dustin Monlux, David Monlux; great-grandchildren, Kera Hinkle, Blake Hinkle and Ryder Morrison.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Taylor Burton, Barbara Burton, Janet Riggs, Addison Burton, Leon Burton, Allen Burton, Charles Burton, and Doris Lane.

Private graveside services will take place at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Morgan Town, KY.

DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
