David McFee Obituary

David Leroy McFee Sr. age 68 of South Zanesville Ohio passed away Saturday April 3rd 2021 at his residence while surrounded by his family.

David was born on May 23rd 1952 in Zanesville ,Ohio the son of the late Kenneth and Helen McFee.

David is survived by his wife Penny McFee and by his sons David McFee Jr. and Joseph and a very special daughter in law (Tiffany) McFee he is also survived by brothers Robert “Bob” (Donna) McFee,  William”Bill”(Ella) Newell, Teddy Newell, and sisters Ruth Britt and  Donna Jo (Derlys) Batista and by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren .

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Kenny McFee three sisters Kathy McHenry, Frances Deeds ,Betty Tilton and by his grandson Vance McFee.

David was a member of the Wildwood Church of Christ.

At his request cremation has been chosen and a celebration of Davids life will be held at a later date.

David was always about honor, dignity, respect, and love of family. He was always the strongest man we had ever known.

He was always the hardest worker in the room. He worked many years at Gould battery and drove semi. There was never anything he couldn’t fix. He enjoyed working and fixing things others deemed unrepairable.
