David Ford Obituary

David “Chevy” Ford, 63 of Zanesville, passed away on March 1, 2023, surrounded by his family at the Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio.

He was born on July 14, 1959, in Zanesville, Ohio, son of the late Jack Eugene Ford and Dollie Phyllis Wood. Chevy was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He later was a mechanic and worked in the tree service.

He is survived by his stepfather, Gary Roberts; brother, Mike “Dodge” Roberts; sisters, Donna (Rick) Ryan, Debbie (Warren) Baughman, Darlene Bush, Dee Dee (Cris) Nelson.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Eugene Ford and Dollie Roberts.

No calling hours or services will be held at this time. Per Chevy’s wishes, a dignified cremation will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
