Charles Christopher Calistar

Charles Christopher Calistar, 74 of Zanesville, passed away on November 11, 2023, at his residence.

He was born on June 26, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Charles Caldwell and June Caldwell. Charles was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his daughters, Julia (Carlos) Del Castillo, Kristine Caldwell; son, Charles Caldwell; grandchildren, Karina, Sammuel, Antonio, Darrel, Sazia, Gavon, Isiah, Charles, Amber, Daniel, Moses, Zacharia; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, LeRoy, Serenity, Patrick, Sincere, Oakland, Jaden, Dylan, and Shiloh.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and June Caldwell; and brothers, Mike Caldwell and Barry Caldwell.

No calling hours or services will be held at this time. On Monday November 27, 2023, at 9:00 AM, full military honors will be presented by The United States Army in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 and the American Legion Post 29.
