Billy Joe Hoskinson Jr.

Billy Joe Hoskinson Jr., 60 of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on July 17, 2022 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was born on October 10, 1961, in Nashville, Tennessee, son of the late Billy Joe Hoskinson Sr. and Vonda Lewellen Styer. He worked most of his life as a meat butcher. In his spare time, he enjoyed genealogy and being outdoors with his family.  

He is survived by his sons, Josh Hoskinson, Christopher Hoskinson; daughter, Christiana Hoskinson; mother, Vonda (Lewellen) Styer; mother of his two youngest children, Christy Hoskinson; nephew, Travis Russell; brother, Mike Hoskinson; sisters, Gale Morgan, Agnes Bash, Samantha Miller; special friend, Frank Morehead.  

In addition to his father, Billy Hoskinson Sr., he is preceded in death by his former wife and mother of his eldest son, Thea Bradshaw; sisters, Rita Hoskinson, and Mary Beth King.  

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday July 27, 2022 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Graveside services will be held on Thursday July 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Sardis, Ohio with Rev. Darren Tolbert officiating. Burial will follow services.
