Alex M King

Alex Michael King, passed away on Friday October 28, 2022, from injuries sustained in a hit and run.

He was born on March 30, 1992, son of Christy Carter and Larry (Kellie) King. Alex leaves behind his estranged wife Blair King, as well as two beloved daughters, Aeris (14) and Aurora (9); brothers,  Bradley King, Eli and Darian Carter, Stevie and Sean Garcia; sisters, Corrina Gillogly and Mahaylia King; maternal grandparents, Larae (Dean) Spencer; paternal grandfather, Larry (Diane) Wylie; aunts, Bobbi (Tim) Molinski and Mindi (Eddie) Fleming; uncle, Robert Gillogly, and other aunts and uncles; several cousins, along with other family members he had adopted with his huge heart.

Alex was preceded in death by his sister, Katie Goff; brother, Nathan Garcia; maternal grandfather, Robert Gillogly; and paternal grandmother, Karen King.

Alex loved his daughters who were the light of his life. He loved making jewelry, playing pool with his friends, and helping anyone in need. He was a dear friend and brother to so many as he never met a stranger.

Calling hours will be held on November 4, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 PM & 6:00-8:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Services will be held on November 5, 2022, at 10:00 AM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Per Alex’s wishes,  a dignified cremation will take place following services.
