Trevor Miller Obituary

Trevor Lee Miller, 45, of Zanesville, passed away August 5, 2018 at Genesis Hospital.

He was born October 2, 1972 in Zanesville, son of Butch Miller and Christy O’Morrow Fouch.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his daughters, Chelsie (Colton) Smith, Lindsey Miller; son, Maddox Miller; brother, Jeffrey Fouch; sister, Melissa Miller; grandchildren, Rhett Shepherd, Kensley Smith.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Miller.

A memorial service will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday August 12, 2018 at Fraternal Order of Eagles 1275 E. Market St. Zanesville, OH 43701. A dignified cremation has taken place.
