She was born March 22, 1964 in Zanesville, daughter of the late, William Ray Puterbaugh and Julia Syble Moore Puterbaugh.
She is survived by her son, Dusty (Kinzy) Puterbaugh; brother, Robert (Samantha) Puterbaugh; sisters, Kay (Terry) Frame, Sallie Puterbaugh; several nieces and nephews.
