Scott Allen Hayes, 52 of Zanesville, passed away October 25, 2019 at Adams Lane Care Center.

He was born August 20, 1967 in Zanesville, son of the late, Charles Hayes Sr. and Patricia Jones Collins.

He is survived by his brother Chuck (Chris) Hayes; sister Crystal (Henry Newkirk) Hayes; nieces, Dawn (Austin) Bookless, Tannah Hayes, Chloe Hayes, Cidney Hayes; great-nephews, Bentley Bookless, Khoen Bookless; great-niece Cabella Bookless; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Per his wishes no services will take place.
