Robert was born May 23rd 1941 in Belmont County Ohio on May 23rd 1941 to Clyde Fisher and Reatha Crawford .

Robert was employed as a auto body repairman for many years in the Zanesville area.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Shirley Fisher and a sister Dortha Rhodes of Laplace Louisiana
