Ricky L. Davis

Ricky L. Davis, 63, of Zanesville, passed away February 28, 2018 at Genesis Hospital.

He was born October 27, 1954 in Zanesville, son of the late George E. Davis and Mable Jean Cottrell Trail.  He enjoyed his family, friends and spending time with his family at Tee-Jays.

Ricky is survived by his wife of forty years, Pamela Buck Davis; brothers, David (Marie) Davis of Texas, George Butch (Linda) Davis of Hebron, Steve Davis of Zanesville, Jimmy (Song) Davis of Florida, Lee Goldsmith Jr. of Zanesville, sisters, Becky (Gary) Knighton of Dayton, Linda Davis of Zanesville, Kathy (Tom) Wells of Zanesville; sisters-in-law, Kathy Cavinee of Zanesville, Nancy (Jimmy) Jenkins of Zanesville; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Dorothy Davis; sisters, Debbie Goldsmith and Brenda Goldsmith-Barker.

Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 2018 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2018 with Pastor Andrew Young officiating.  Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
