Richard H. "Butch" Stemm Jr.

Richard H. “Butch” Stemm Jr., 57 of Zanesville, passed away July 31, 2017 at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

He was born April 1, 1960 in Zanesville, son of Betty Dunkle Stemm and the late, Richard Stemm Sr.

He is survived by his children, Kristie Mayle, Karee Stemm; brothers, Michael (Angie) Stemm, Kevin Stemm; sisters, Cheryl (Victor) Howe, Pam (Ken) Hildebrand, Kim Lynum; grandchildren, Kylee Sowers, Christopher Sowers; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Calling hours will be held 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2017 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place Friday, August 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. A private family burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
