Nancy Adelaide (Adelaide) Abbott

Nancy Adelaide Abbott, 76, of Zanesville, passed away November 8, 2017 at her residence.

She was born September 11, 1941 in Springfield, OH, daughter of the late, Albert W. Weyrick and Bertha May Cain.  She worked for Genesis Healthcare and Sunny view Nursing Home, in the activities department.  She was flea market vendor, with her husband for several years.

She is survived by her son, David (Penni Noll) Abbott; daughters, Barb (Ron) Goodrich, Anna (George) McNerney, Jane Lightfoot; cousin, Phillis Buchanan; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; dog and special companion, Patches.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Abbott; sister, Bonnie Kelly; granddaughter, Marissa Goodrich.

Calling hours will be held 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
