He was born February 22, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona, son of the late, Charles Watkins and Vera Fields Watkins.
He is survived by his wife Jeanne Rosella McIntyre Watkins of Coshocton; son, Jeff (Delanie) Watkins; daughter, Miranda Watkins; sister, Christine (Jan) Axline; brothers, Ted (Kathy) Watkins, Dixon Lee (Bonnie) Watkins; four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A dignified cremation will take place.
