Frances P. Winland, 95, passed away 9:30 PM, August 17, 2019 at her residence in South Zanesville, Ohio.
She was born December 20, 1923 in South Zanesville, the daughter of the late Otto Carl and Rosa Mae Kreager Winland.
She was formerly employed by Goss Supply Company. Frances was Christian by faith.
She is survived by her nephew Rick Winland and sister Garnet Ayers, both of South Zanesville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her brothers, Otto C. Winland, Jr., Donald and Carl Winland and sisters, Clara Lewis and Virginia, Evelyn Winland and Ruth L. Winland .
No calling hours or services will be observed.
Private interment will be at Poplar Forks Cemetery.
