Donna Lou (Fritch) Dunlap

Donna Lou (Fritch) Dunlap went to be with her Lord December 9, 2018. She was born September 17, 1930 to Leo and Ethel Fritch Columbus OH.

She was number five of six children. She was a graduate of the class of 1948 from Central High School Pirates, where she met the love of her life Kenneth B. Dunlap. They were married November 4, 1950.

She is survived by her husband of 68 yrs, her children Michael S. Dunlap (Jackie), Patrick B Dunlap (Kim), and Lorie K. Dunlap, seven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and her sister in law Sandra K. Dunlap and many nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents Leo and Ethel Fritch, her siblings Mary Fritch, Helen Bitzer, Virginia Hilf, Charles Fritch, Donald Fritch.

She was a 50 year member of the North Terrace Church of Christ, a 31 year member of the Ohio Eastern Star Brownsville Chapter #486. She retired with 34 years at the State of Ohio and the Zanesville City Income Tax Department.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend too all she met. She made everyone she knew and met feel a special love and gentle kindness. Her strength was unsurpassed. She was our Rock and always will be. 

A memorial service will take place at North Terrace Church of Christ, 1420 Brandywine Blvd Zanesville, OH, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Bill Meaige officiating.
