Diana E. ((Spinks)) Moore-Wortman

Diana E. Moore-Wortman (Spinks), of Zanesville, passed away December 14, 2017 at her residence.

She was born July 11, 1943 in Zanesville, daughter of the late, Virgil Spinks and Mildred Davis Spinks.  She was a graduate of Bethesda School of Nursing, Class of 1964, and member of Bethesda Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association. She worked as a registered nurse at Bethesda Hospital and as a private home care provider.

She is survived by daughter, Lisa (Ron) Thomas of Zanesville; son, Chris (Jerri) Moore of Zanesville; brother, Chester (Fran) Spinks of Florida; sister, Daisey (George) Kerr of Zanesville; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; special companion dog, Mandy Lynn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Moore, whom she married October 22, 1964 and Harry Wortman, whom she married March 29, 1991.

Calling hours will be held 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2017 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Adamsville, OH.
