My heart aches for all of Billys family here in IN as well as all of you in OH. Billy was one of the best and most kind person that I've ever known. He never met a stranger, and would do anything for anybody, whether he knew them or not. Billy was a very kind man, sometimes to a fault. Bill was like a father to me as well as one of my bestest friends. Billy, fly high up there friend and save me a seat. I miss you like crazy Billy and I will never ever forget you. You were taken way too young, but God needed you...RIP Billy

So sorry to my aunts and uncles and my dad for their loss. Had a lot of fun times with him in the five years I knew my uncle. I will never forget him. Love and miss you already uncle bill.
