Ada Fay (Long) Lyon

Ada Fay Lyon, 99, of Zanesville, passed away January 17, 2018 at Genesis Healthcare.

She was born August 27, 1918 in Noble County, daughter of the late, Harry Long and Ellie Baker Long.  She was a member of Central Trinity Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Marlis Ann (David) Sever of Hammond, La, grandchildren, Philip David (Christine) Sever and Robert Rex (Nancy) Sever, great-grandchildren, Zoe Louise Sever, Quinn Lyon Sever, Nathan Ekdawi Sever, Paul Robert Sever, and Joseph David Sever.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Lyon; brother, Edgar Long; sisters, Ruth Engle, Virginia Bunting, Eva Garrett and Mable Prouty.

Calling hours will be held 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 12:00 p.m.  A private burial will take place Ark Spring Cemetery.
