Anthony “Tony” Rose Jr., 60 of Zanesville, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on January 4, 2023, at Genesis Hospital.
He was born on October 3, 1962, in Zanesville, Ohio, son of the late Anthony W. Rose Sr. and Virginia Dickson. He worked as a truck driver for Coshocton Trucking. In his spare time, he enjoyed working in the garage and watching sports. Above all, he enjoyed his time spent with his family.
He is survived by his significant other, Hope Brugh; daughters, April Rose, Ashley Rose, Kayla Rose; Charity Brugh; brother, James Rose Sr.; sisters, Cheryl Rose, Carol (Eddie) Archer; grandchildren, Dakota, Landon, Rayden, Avery; mother of his children, Mary Rose; special friend, Mckenzie Seevers; several friends, co-workers; several nieces, nephews, cousins; special dog, Bear.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony W. Rose Sr. and Virginia Dickson; and stepdad, Bob Dickson.
Calling hours will be held Monday January 9, 2023, from 4:00 PM -6:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday January 9, 2023, at 6:00 PM with Gregg Rose officiating services. A dignified cremation will take place following services.
