Russell Elmer Stalling

Russell Elmer Stalling, 77, of Zanesville, passed away October 21, 2016 at Genesis Hospital.

He was born July 24, 1939 in Crooksville, son, of the late Elmer Stalling and Ethel Filkins.  He retired from Lear Corporation and was a member of the Eagles of Zanesville.

He is survived by his daughters, Anetia (Dave) King, Lisa Stalling, Mikha Blevins, Carrie (Donald) Searles; sisters, Gladys (Nelson) Elifritz, Sis (Basil) Smith, Bonnie McHenry, Freda Heart; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; dear friends, Karen Herron and Daryl Krouskoupf.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife,Connie Stalling; brother, Frances Mayle.

Calling hours will be held 4-7 pm, Monday, October 24, 2016 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev. Robert Filkins officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
