Robert "Bobby" Moore, Jr.

Robert “Bobby” J. Moore, Jr., of Zanesville, passed away January 12, 2016 at Genesis E.R.

He was born January 6, 1978 in Zanesville, son of Dory (Wayne Pettry) Smith Moore and the late Robert “Bob” Moore, Sr. 

Robert worked at Muirwood Apartments as maintenance supervisor.  He was a youth coach and mentor.  He enjoyed fishing, sports and most importantly, spending time with family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by the love of his life for over twenty-two years, his wife, Shawna Kemp Moore; children, Tyler (Amy) Moore, Autumn Ripple, Nikolos Moore, Anthany Moore and Jordyn Moore; brother, Paul (Renee) Moore; sister, Jan (Jason Miracle) Moore; grandchild, Caroline Moore; in-laws, Linda and Larry Long, Shelly Kemp, Shandi (Mark) Corelius, Kevin Kemp and Harold Kemp, Jr. and special friends, Mike Hamilton, Greg Allwood and Chris Sowers.

In addition to his father, Robert “Bob” Moore, Sr., he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Moore, Bob and Leona Smith and father-in-law, Harold Kemp.

Calling hours will be held 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Thursday, January 14, 2016 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 at 11:00 am, with Fred Martin officiating. 

Burial will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery.
