Ralph H. Hayes

Ralph H. Hayes, 48, of Zanesville, passed away, September 2, 2017 at his residence.

He was born September 9, 1968 in Zanesville, son of the late, Billy Hayes and Shirley Hale Hayes.  He was a veteran in the United States Navy.  Ralph worked for Owens Illinois as a batch unloader.

He is survived by the mother of his child, Tracey Hayes; daughter, Kylee (Ricky Ralph) Hayes; brother, Heath (Rebecca) Hayes; sisters, Marsha (Jeff) Hanvy, Rhonda Abbott; grandchildren, Aylin Patterson, Leah Ralph, Hudson Ralph; loving father-in-law, Buster Devoll; best friend, James Hunter.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, William Hayes.

Calling hours will be held 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2017 with full military honors conducted by the United States Navy in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 and American Legion Post 29.  A dignified cremation will follow the service.
