Marvin Lubas

Marvin Lubas, 63, of Zanesville, passed away July 5, 2016 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.

He was born January 5, 1953 in Howell, Michigan, son of the late Stanley Lubas and Gene vive Lubas.  He was a veteran in the United Sates Army serving in the Vietnam Era.  He was a self-employed contractor.

He is survived by his wife, Melinda Carrel Lubas, whom he married November 9, 1989; children, Jeremiah (Marisa) Lubas, Kristy (Brandon Allen) Martin, Jennifer (Paul Canterbury) Lubas; step-children, Eric Clarke and Mary Clarke; brother, Mike Matulevich; sister, Jerry Harvey; seven grandchildren; special friend, Kyle Reid.

Calling hours will be held 11am-1pm Friday, July 8, 2016 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
