Linda Sue (Dunlap) Riley

Linda Sue Riley, 70 of Zanesville, passed away January 15, 2018 at Genesis Hospital.

She was born November 19, 1947 in Zanesville, daughter of the late, Dorris “Ducky” Dunlap and Marguerite Hague Dunlap.  She was a LPN at Bethesda Hospital for twenty-six years.  Linda was the rock that kept the tradition alive in the family and made sure everyone was taken care of.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim (David Briggs) Temple of Zanesville; step-daughter, Kelly Arnold-Hayes of Columbus; siblings, Roger (Bonnie) Dunlap, Janice Dunlap-Thomas, Bill (Marsha) Dunlap; grandchildren, Shiloh Larrison, Cameron Lavy, James Arnold, Addison Briggs, Conner Briggs; nieces, Loretta (Brian) Dunlap, Cori Thomas-Buck, Abbi Thomas-Friebe; several nieces and nephews special friend, Stacey Newman; best friend her dog, Toby.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Riley; brother, Jim “Crow” Dunlap.

Calling hours will be held 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2018 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place Friday, January 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
