Lewis Martin West Sr., 72, of Zanesville, passed away January 18, 2018 at Heartland of Marietta.
He was born August 16, 1945 in West Virginia, son of the late Bill West and Arzella Hazlet. He was a veteran in the United States Navy and retired truck driver.
He is survived by his sons, Lewis West Jr., Matthew West, Bill (Yvonne) West; daughter, Fayanne West; grandchildren, Payton West, Brady West, Patrick West and Brittany West.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Larson West.
No calling hours will be observed a dignified cremation will take place.
